We have taken the opportunity of the reorganization of the market segmentation of the Tokyo Stock Exchange to change the course of our company from the previous solid management to a company with sustainable growth accompanied by strategic investments with an awareness of capital efficiency.
Currently, we are operating under our Medium-Term Management Plan 2028, "Sustainable + Spiral (Sustainable Positive Spiral)" (FY2026 - FY2028), which covers the period from FY2026 (the fiscal year ended March 31, 2027) to FY2028 (the fiscal year ending March 31, 2029), and was formulated with the aim of achieving sustainable growth.
We have been pursuing various initiatives to enhance our corporate value, including several M&A transactions and a review of our business portfolio.
