Information Disclosure Standards

We disclose information on our group in a timely and appropriate manner in accordance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as the timely disclosure rules set forth by the Tokyo Stock Exchange, where our company is listed.

 

We will also proactively disclose information that is not subject to the Timely Disclosure Rules when we deem it useful for investment decisions.

Method of Information Disclosure

Information subject to the Timely Disclosure Rules will be disclosed via the Tokyo Stock Exchange's TDnet (Timely Disclosure network). After disclosure, the information will also be promptly posted on the Company's website.

Silent Period

In order to prevent leaks of financial information and to ensure fairness in the disclosure of information, we observe a "Silent Period" during the three weeks prior to the announcement of financial results. During the silence period, we will refrain from answering any questions related to unpublished financial results.
